Course overview
Develop the skills and knowledge to become a sustainability champion within your business, organisation or local area on this one-day short course.
During this intensive workshop focused on the visitor economy, you will learn about key leadership principles and strategies to drive and deliver sustainable change through exploring successful collaborative and grassroots approaches.
Co-developed by experienced subject specialists from Falmouth University, you will discover how to influence and impact the sustainability of key areas of your organisation, and how to effectively promote it to customers.
You will:
- Understand leadership principles and strategies for driving sustainable change and influencing decision-making.
- Learn how to benchmark your organisation's sustainability performance in areas including supply chain, travel, and customer awareness.
- Gain insights into sustainable business practices relevant to the visitor economy.
