Fashion & Textiles Institute
At the Fashion & Textiles Institute you'll have the opportunity to work on live, industry-sponsored projects with companies like Adidas, Ryan Roche (New York), Liberty Art Fabrics and Nowness. Develop your own creative practice, utilising state-of-the-art technologies alongside long-established traditional techniques and processes.
You’ll work with staff offering extensive expertise in fashion and textile design, innovation, entrepreneurship, sustainability and marketing. Housed in a modern open plan building replicating working industry life, our Fashion and Textile courses collaborate across disciplines, and pioneer a future-driven design community.

Explore our fashion & textiles facilities
Centred around studio spaces on the Penryn Campus that cater for solo and group working, our Fashion & Textiles Institute includes a printmaking studio, digital fabric printers, professional clothes fitting stands, ultrasonic welders, sampling facilities, hand looms, a digital controlled Jacquard loom, embroidery machines and industrial overlockers.
