Selina De La Motte
Online Tutor, Interior Design BA (Hons) (Online)
Selina is an interior designer with twenty years in the industry, having designed for retail, residential, commercial and run her own design studio. She has been involved in a number of recent developments including the iStyle Masarycka in Prague and the Mercury Tower in Malta, (in collaboration with ZHA). She has project managed many other design projects within the EMEA & UK regions for Apple also.
Alongside her design background, she has also worked as a senior lecturer for 13 years, teaching Architecture, Interior Design and Product Design and holds a master's in design studies from Central Saint Martin's College. Within her design career she has been fortunate to have been involved with designing lighting schemes for Burberry, interiors for Centrepoint building, retail design intents for Apple and consultancy for building developers today.
From her work at Apple, she is particularly interested in the study of AI and neurodiversity within retail environments. This is an area she follows closely and hopes to add further to this research over time.
