Beth Sennett
Learning Designer
I have worked in education for over 20 years in a variety of roles, including primary school teacher, educational developer, lecturer and specialist study skills tutor. I joined Falmouth in January 2022 and currently work in the Digital Learning department as a Learning Designer.
As a neurodivergent individual, I have a passion for educational approaches which challenge oppression, including transformative, inclusive and anti-racist pedagogies. Consequently, I have designed and taught multiple modules on universal design for learning (UDL), inclusive education, decolonising education and research design (with a particular focus on emancipatory research methods).
I frequently contribute to national and international conferences, presenting on topics such as transformative pedagogy, neurodivergence and intersectionality.
