Who's it for: Students who completed an Online Undergraduate degree at Falmouth University in 2024 with a final grade of 2:1 and progressed to an Online Postgraduate degree.

About the bursary

A £1000 progression bursary is available for all students who completed an Online Undergraduate degree at Falmouth University in 2024 with a final grade of 2:1 and progressed to an Online Postgraduate degree.  

  • The Progression bursary offers eligible students £1,000 towards online tuition fees.  
  • This sum will be applied by the University as a credit towards the final instalments of the student’s Year 2 tuition fees by way of a deduction to the total remaining fee payable and is conditional on the successful student enrolling on Year 2. 
  • Students may also qualify for the Alumni discount (if the conditions of that discount are met) but will not be eligible for any other Falmouth Online discounts. 

Eligibility

To be eligible for the Online Progression Bursary, you will:  

  • Completed an Online Undergraduate course at Falmouth University in 2024 
  • Achieve a 2:1 grade  
  • Be entering directly into the first year of an Online Postgraduate course starting in 2025  
  • PGCHE Online and On-campus courses are not included in the Award Scheme 

How it's awarded

  • You do not need to complete any additional forms. You will be automatically considered for the progression bursary once you have completed your application for your course of study. 
  • You will be sent information about the bursary you have been awarded, including instructions on accepting the offer and what you need to do next.
