Sally Blake is the CEO of Silent Games and has worked in AAA, indie development and publishing for over 12 years. She has shipped numerous titles including Just Dance, Watch Dogs, The Division, Yes Your Grace, Descenders and more. She has either won or been shortlisted for multiple industry awards for developing strong, happy and motivated teams, including the Women in Games Business Impact Award and the highly commended SOMO Mentor of the Year. Sally is passionate about helping the next generation of game developers or those aspiring to start their own game studios.
