Lecturer

After graduating with MEng from Manchester in 1992, Nic worked globally in the oil industry as an engineer and manager, until leaving in 2004 to complete an MBA at Instituto de Empresa in Madrid. Post-MBA, he became a consultant, and managed operational and IT programmes for major international clients.

Nic joined Cornwall Business School, Falmouth University as lecturer in January 2024, after completing his doctorate in Organisational Behaviour at Surrey Business School.

He leads modules on Business courses, including: Leadership, Project Management, Operations and Risk Management, plus Career Development. Ongoing research focusses on decision-making, and the interplay between conscious and non-conscious thought processes.
