Naomi is an illustrator who redefined her creative practice in 2021 after being a commercial illustrator since 2015.
Naomi’s research focuses on establishing fulfilling creative practice through correspondence with her work. Her research explores play and process and ‘The Act of Illustrating’, decrypting illustration ideologies and the belief systems illustrators establish through their education. She mainly works with traditional mediums such as acrylic paint, wax crayons and collage, drawing intuitively to create imagery often inspired by nature and organic forms.
