Andy Peisley
Course Leader, PGCHE (Online)
Andy Peisley is a Senior Fellow of the HEA, with an PGCHE/MA in HE. He is Course Leader of Falmouth's online Postgraduate Certificate in Higher Education (PGCHE) and a Senior Lecturer. He also has an Academic Developer role at Falmouth, helping staff to develop online and blended learning design and delivery. He started his career as a professional actor, working in theatre, film and TV, before achieving degrees in Psychology and Organisational Psychology, then working as an organisational psychologist working mainly in leadership assessment and development. Later he moved into academia, designing delivering and managing HE provision at all levels in psychology, organisational behaviour, leadership, coaching and human resource management, before moving into his current educator development roles. In his previous institution he also played a key role at developing an internal A HE accredited Fellowship scheme, and currently has an External Examiner role supporting this for Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Music and Dance.
