Harri Named Track of the Week

Creative Music Technology Student, Harri Bettsworth, had her music played and named track of the week on a BBC Radio Leicester programme this week.

The Beat with Dean Jackson showcases tracks from new artists. Harri, who performs under the name Hex Poseur, shared her song Quiet with the show.

Harri told us,

It felt really validating to know something I had worked on was being recognised.

Her song Quiet was described on the show as “An amazing track. An eye-watering track.” by Dean and “Phenomenal” by his co-host James. They explained that Harri, who has written songs from a young age, aims to inspire young women and show they have a place in this rougher genre of music.
