This year's summer show is titled 'We Draw'.

Inspired by doodles, drawing and the work of artists such as Keith Haring, Sam Cox, Paul Klee and David Shirgley. Whether flip books, stick men, line vs. curve, rubbing out our errors or letting your pencil go for a walk. We explore how we draw and paint in space with our body in both 2D and 3D form. We look forward to exploring this with you in our Summer July show 2024.

Tickets and performance schedule:

Prices:

  • £10.00 full price
  • £5.00 young people and concessions
  • Tickets go on sale at 9am on Monday 20th May

Ticket allocation:

  • Each young person has an allocation of 4 ticket across both performances (4 in total, not 4 per performance). This is a very strict allocation, and the AMATA team will be monitoring bookings in real time as they are made and any tickets booked in excess of this will be automatically refunded. This ticket allocation cap will be lifted at 9am on Friday 5th July and any remaining tickets will then go on general sale.

Performance schedule:

  • Saturday 13 July at 18:00 (doors open at 17:45)
  • Sunday 14 July at 14:30 (doors open at 14:15)
  • All young people who attend all our Wednesday Contemporary Technique and Saturday Creative Dance Classes will be in both performances. More details about the schedule and costumes will be sent out over the coming months.
