Maritime Studios offers purpose built studio accommodation comprising of single occupancy, self-contained studio apartments. Each apartment has an en-suite bathroom and furnished kitchenette with washing machine/dryer.
Where is it?
Maritime Studios is located close to the world-famous Falmouth docks and marina with spectacular panoramic sea views. The train station with links to Penryn and Truro is close-by, and the Maritime Studios are also walking distance to Falmouth’s beaches, restaurants, shops and bars.

The rooms at Maritime Studios are self-contained studio apartments with en-suite bathrooms and furnished kitchenettes.

We have a number of rooms that can be adapted for students with additional requirements. They include the same facilities, but may have things such as grab rails or en-suite wet rooms.
If you have specific medical needs you'll be able to put this in your application and we'd encourage you to do this as soon as possible. Our friendly Accommodation Team will then get in touch to discuss what you need.

Utilities are included within a certain quota. If your accommodation exceeds that you may have to pay additional charges.
